Static self-emptying draining device for the extraction of grape juices and the like. It consists of a tank 1 with blind walls, with an upper loading inlet 2 and lower unloading hatch 4. Inside the tank there is an enclosure 6 with walls 7, 7a in the form of a grille, which contains the product to be drained. Between this enclosure and the tank 1 there is a chamber, 8 8a, through which the grape juice descends, which is extracted from the tank 1 by means of nozzles 9 with valves 10 mounted in the hatch 4. The enclosure 6 can be divided into compartments 11, by means of a dividing partition 10 with grilles 12 incorporated, which may be mobile in order to compress the product which the compartments contain. <IMAGE>
