摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a cell injuring macrophage remarkably useful for adoptive immunity therapy to a tumor bearing patient. CONSTITUTION:The antitumor agent containing a cell injuring macrophage obtained by culturing bone marrow cells of a mammalian animal in the presence of interleukin 2 and other cytokine participating in differentiation or activation of monocyte/macrophage by using a nutritive medium.
