PURPOSE:To smoothen the separation or yolk, when an egg is cracked with the cracking mechanism in a cracker, the content is received by the yolk cup and separated into the yolk and the egg white. CONSTITUTION:An oval yolk exit 29 is opened as it extends its major axis forward and an egg white exit 32 is opened below the yolk exit. Egg white overflows from the yolk cup 17 and the remaining flows out of the egg white exit 32. As the yolk exit 29 is opened long sideways, the yolk can smoothly go out, when the yolk cup is inclined. |
