CONSTITUTION:The method for proliferating an adventitious embryo of a stock is composed of a step for taking out an immature embryo from a immature seed passing through >30 days after the pollination and fertilization of a flowering stock and a step for bedding the immature embryo in a culture medium containing a phytohormone and culturing the embryo. Furthermore, the method for proliferating the adventitious embryo of the stock is to subculture the adventitious embryo of the stock created in the step to a culture medium containing the phytohormone and culture the embryo.
