PAPER-PLASTIC LAMINATED SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain excellent tear strength characteristics and burst strength characteristics by providing an upper lining paper sheet and a reinforcing film comprising a synthetic oriented plastic material having an inner surface increased in dyne and the affinity to an adhesive and cold-laminated to the surface of the upper lining sheet by an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing film 12 comprising a synthetic plastic material is cold-laminated to the under surface of an upper lining paper sheet 10 by an adhesive layer 11. This plastic film is cold-laminated to the paper sheet at room temp. under pressure by using an aq. polyacrylate copolymer adhesive or other aq. adhesive having similar adhesive characteristics and having affinity to both of the paper sheet and the plastic film. In this case, the inner surface of the film is preliminarily coated with an aq. adhesive before the film is pressurized. In order to further make the inner surface of the film affinitive to the aq. adhesive, it is desirable to apply ionizing treatment to the film to enhance the dyne of the inner surface of the film.
