PURPOSE:To provide a controller for a refrigerator in which a temperature sensor installed therein detects a damage or a connecting fault of a connecting part and simultaneously automatically suitably sets a temperature in the refrigerant. CONSTITUTION:The controller for a refrigerator comprises analog input ports 26a, 26b, 26c and output ports 26d, 26e, a temperature sensor and a voltage dividing resistor 6 connected to the port 26a, a temperature setter 2 and a voltage dividing resistor 7 connected to the port 26b and an atmospheric temperature sensor 25 and a voltage dividing resistor connected to the port 26c of a microcomputer 26 connected with a positive terminal 4 and a negative terminal 5 of a DC power source. A relay driver 10 for switching an AC power source 14 and a compressor 13 through a contact 12 of a relay 11 is connected to the port 26d, and a display element 8 and a current limiting resistor 9 are connected to the port 26e. |
