摘要

An object of the present invention is to offer an agent for curing urinary incontinence with high selectivity for the urethra. One of the compounds of the present invention is a sulfonanilide derivative having the following formula (I). <IMAGE> (I) The compounds of the present invention exhibit selective contracting action to smooth muscle of the urethra tract whereupon they have useful effect as remedies for urinary incontinence.
