<p>PURPOSE:To amply restrain an input disturbance represented by the plate speed disturbance between stands caused by temperature distribution existing in the longitudinal direction of a strip even when a control system is designed so as to satisfy a control specification capable of responding to a target value. CONSTITUTION:Not only a strip tension, a Iooper angle but also a mill speed correcting quantity, a looper driving torque correcting quantity, and a looper speed detector (a mill speed detector 14 etc.) and an adder 19 to add a state feedback gain to a quantity of state detected by these detectors and integrators 17, 18 to integrate a deviation between a target value and a controlled variable regarding each of a tension control system and an angular control system are equipped on this device. Regarding each of the tension control system and the angular control system, the mill speed and the looper driving torque are adjusted by an added value of the output value of these integrators and the output value of the adder.</p> |
