<p>PURPOSE:To provide an exhaust gas filter which is capable of capturing microparticles stably for a long time without being damaged in a short time. CONSTITUTION:This exhaust gas filter consists of inorganic fiber which removes microparticles from an exhaust gas as a constituent component. Further, this fiber is a continuous alumina silica fiber having 98wt.% of alumina and silica content and a flexural strength of 1.5kg/mm<2> min as an inorganic fiber.</p> |
