CONSTITUTION:A power shift change gear comprises a hydraulic clutch 27 for power shift located in a change gear in a power transmission route through which an engine power is transmitted to wheels; a solenoid valve 49 to control the hydraulic clutch 27; a first control means 58 to perform ON and OFF control of the solenoid valve 49; and a second control means to control an amount of operation made on the solenoid valve 49.
