PURPOSE:To obtain a peptide derivative retaining pharmacological activity such as antiallergic action, etc., having excellent storage stability, hardly undergoing to enzymolysis in vivo. CONSTITUTION:A Lys bonded resin linked through carboxyl group of LYs containing alpha amino group protected with Fmoc group and beta amino group protected with Boc group to a resin is reacted from C-end with Fmoc-Gly-OPfp, Fmoc-Asp(OtBu)-OPfp, Fmoc-Ser(tBu)-ODhbt, Fmoc-Asp(OtBu)-OPfp and Fmoc- Ala-OPfp, respectively. After the whole extension reactions of peptide chain are completed, the reaction product is cleaned with DMF and then dichloromethane, a solution of TFA/phenol (95/5 volume ratio) is made to flow, the peptide is eliminated from the resin carrier, the protecting group of side chain is removed to give pept ide Fmoc-Ala-Asp-Ser-Asp-Gly-Lys-OH containing protected N end amino group. |
