摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the operating efficiency of an adsorption tower in pressure swing adsorption by starting the adsorption process of a following adsorption tower in a stage where a specific adsorption tower has a surplus adsorption capability by an adsorbent. CONSTITUTION:A pressure swing adsorption method consists of a cycle of steps such as adsorption, decompression and pressure rising using adsorption towers. An adsorption step is started by opening a valve on a second adsorption tower B and allowing the introduction of material air before the end of a step for adsorption time at a first adsorption tower A, that is, the lapse of half the adsorption time at the adsorption tower A. Thus, it is possible to use an adsorbent highly efficiently on the whole equipment and increase the operating efficiency of the equipment.</p>
