PURPOSE:To produce a Flesnel lens easily releasable from a stamper. CONSTITUTION:A photopolymer is injected into the gap formed between a stamper 1 having a corrugation forming surface divided to so as to pass the center of the concentric circular shape of a Flesnel lens and a substrate 2 and sucked to bond the stamper 1 and the substrate 2 without generating a gap. Continuously, the photopolymer is cured by the irradiation with ionizing radiation to be integrated with the substrate 2. |
