PURPOSE:To provide a fluid enclosed type cylindrical mount capable of profitably obtaining stopper function in each direction on the rebound side. CONSTITUTION:In a fluid sealed type cylindrical mount in which a pressure receiving chamber 54, and first and second balancing chambers 56, 58 connected to the pressure receiving chamber 54 through first and second orifice passages 60, 62, are provided between inner cylindrical metal-fittings 12 and outer cylindrical metal-fittings 14, the first balancing chamber 56 and the second balancing chamber 58 are provided parallel in the axial direction on the diametrically opposite side from the pressure receiving chamber 54 with respect to the inner cylindrical metal-fittings 12.
