PURPOSE:To obtain an ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM) compound capable of providing good adhesion to a surface decorative layer without carrying out pretreatment such as surface roughing and primer treatment and hardly lowering also physical properties of vulcanized rubber. CONSTITUTION:A sulfur-vulcanizing type EPDM compound contain EPDM as all or a main part of rubber component. In this EDPM, a polar resin-based tackifier is blended as an agent for improving adhesion to surface-decorating layer together with a conventional tackifier. |
