PURPOSE:To obtain an insert molded piece whose high and low temperature impact properties are improved, by insert molding wherein a composition containing a thermoplastic polyester resin as a main component, a specified graft copolymer, a fibrous filler mixed therein and a metal are molded. CONSTITUTION:To 100 pts.wt. of thermoplastic polyester resin, 0.5-80 pts.wt. of graft copolymer of 5-95wt.% of alkyl ester copolymer of ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid and 95-5wt.% of vinyl copolymer is added. Further, a resin composition in which 5-200 pts.wt. of a fibrous filler, a non-fibrous inorganic filler or admixture thereof, and further as occasion demands, 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a kind of multifunctional compound selected out of an epoxy compound and an isocyanate compound are mixed and a metal or an inorganic solid body are molded by insert molding. |
