PURPOSE: To accurately apply an adhesive to a blank or a partially folded pack at a blank or pack moving speed with high productivity by adapting adhesive spots by an adhesive nozzle provided at a fixed position and accurately controlling the nozzle. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive unit 37 having a plurality of indivisually controllable adhesive nozzles 58-61 arranged side by side is arranged above the moving passage of a blank 10. The adhesive unit 37 is connected to an adhesive storage source through a central principal adhesive conduit 56 and connected to the adhesive nozzles 58, 61 through indivisual adhesive conduits 62 and these adhesive nozzles 58, 61 function so as to apply adhesive spots 29 of one spot rows 33-36 to the blank 10 transferred under the adhesive unit 37.
