PURPOSE:To provide fine powder of a strontium titanate-based perovskite type compd. capable of sintering at a low temp. and giving a high density sintered compact having a small grain diameter. CONSTITUTION:This fine powder of a strontium titanate-based perovskite type compd. has 0.03-0.3mum average particle diameter and <=0.2 as a value given by dividing the quarter-deviation by the average particle diameter and contains 0.04-0.14wt.% SO3. |
