PURPOSE:To enhance foaming efficiency and to exclude the effect of heat energy on an emitting medium. CONSTITUTION:An emitting medium 1103 and a foaming medium 1104 are constituted of media having different properties fitted to respective purposes and held in a liquid passage 1101 in a separated state through an interface 1105. The position of the interface 1105 moving accompanied by emitting operation is controlled by the medium streams flowing through liquid passages 1111,1112 and passages 1113,1114 and always set in front of a heating element 1102 at a time of the formation of an air bubble. By this constitution, the formation of air bubbles is performed only in the foaming medium 1104. |
