<p>PURPOSE:To provide the treating device for solid org. waste of a high speed and high decomposition rate which does not splash malodors and a large amt. of steam to the circumference, does not require addition of sawdust, chaff, etc., as a moisture control material and permits permanent charging of garbage. CONSTITUTION:This treating device is provided with box-shaped treating tanks 1 in two stages, upper and lower, and is provided with an air intake pipe 4 for taking in the air on the outer side of these tanks and an air return pipe 5 for returning the air into the treating tanks. The device is also provided with a heat exchanger 6 for connected thereto and a blasting means 7 for sucking the outdoor air into this heat exchanger and blasting the air so that the inside of the treating tanks is maintained at, for example, 50 to 80 deg.C necessary for fermentation. A circulating fan 14 for circulating the air in the treating tanks 1 to the heat exchanger 6 is disposed in mid-way of the air return pipe 5. Then, the moisture considered to be included at about 80% in crude refuse is efficiently and continuously removed and the smells generated at the time of fermentation are deodorized before discharge. In addition, aerobic fermentation is maintained in the treating tanks.</p> |
