PURPOSE:To obtain vegetables for household dishes in large quantities in a state having high uniformity, safety and quality and containing decreased number of bacterial cells. CONSTITUTION:A net produced by weaving a synthetic fiber and having a size to enable the wrapping of a treating object is laid on the bottom of a perforated forming vessel. The treating object is wrapped with the net and continuously transferred together with the perforated forming vessel by an automatic hoist apparatus through a washing tank, a boiling tank and a cooling tank and immersed in each tank to effect the boiling of the vegetables for household dishes. |
