PURPOSE: To obtain the good cut-off action and mechanical load capacity to methanol-containing fuel by providing an inner layer comprising polyvinylidene fluoride to an outer layer and bonding a layer based on a molding material of a mixture consisting of polyamide and poly(alkyl)acrylate to the outside of the inner layer in a frictional contact state. CONSTITUTION: At least one inner layer based on a molding material comprising polyvinylidene fluoride is provided to at least one outer layer and a layer based on a molding material comprising a mixture of polyamide and poly(alkyl) acrylate is allowed to be adjacent to the outside of the inner layer. In this case, these layers are mutually bonded in a frictional contact state. As the outer layer and polyamide, aliphatic homo- and co-polyamide are designated and other thermoplastic resin may be added up to an amt. of 40 wt.%. The inner layer is used in a softening agent-free state especially advantageously and may contain other monomer up to an amt. of 40 wt.%. A molding material of the inner and outer layers is kneaded, for example, by using a twin-screw kneader.
