COMPOSITE SHEET FOR STAMPING MOLDING

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the sheet, favorable in handling in stamping molding and improved in strength of ends or molding shrinkage factor by blending a propylene-based resin with glass staple fiber and glass continuous filament in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:The objective sheet is composed of (A) a propylene-based resin having >=20g/10min melt index and (B) glass fiber composed of a mixture of (i) glass staple fiber with (ii) glass continuous filament at (2/1) to (1/2) blending weight ratio [(i)/(ii)] of the components [(i)/(ii)] and (85/15) to (50/50) blending weight ratio [(A)/(B)] of the components [(A)/(B)].
