PURPOSE:To suppress the fluctuation of flow rate histogram power, to display the auccurate blood flow state, to reduce the burden in operation and to shorten the diagnosis time. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with transmission/reception means 11 and 12 transmitting and receiving ultrasonic signals with the diagnostic parts, extraction means 40, 42, 60-63 extracting Doppler signals due to the blood flow at the required range gate position from a reception signal, spectrum arithmetic means 64 computing Doppler spectrum consisting of the spectrum for each moment based on the Doppler signal, and spectrum display means 30-32 displaying the Doppler spectrum. It is also provided with a specification means 70 specifying the plural momentum spectrum on the Doppler spectrum, histogram arithmetic means 71 and 72 performing the arithmetic operation on the speed component distribution showing the intensity distribution for each speed component of the blood flow based on the plural momentum spectrum in the state suppressing the intensity fluctuation, and histogram display means 30-32 displaying the flow rate component distribution. |
