PURPOSE:To move a special video, which is in a distant place in the depth direction, with less manipulated variable of a data input part at the time of moving it for a long distance on a monitor. CONSTITUTION:When the special video in a distant place in the depth direction is quickly moved to a prescribed position, the certain extent movement mode is set by a movement extent setting with 28. Then, count values X1, Y1, and Z1 of counters 23, 24, and 25 in a CPU 11 are changed in accordance with the distance in the depth direction of the special video and are supplied to a video special effect processing part 15, and thereby, the special video is moved. Since it is possible that a track ball 21 or a rotating ring 22 is not operated more than conventional even if the special video in the distant place is moved to the prescribed position, the operability is considerably improved. |
