摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a detection arrangement for the analysis of a small volume of a sample, causing a very small baseline noise. CONSTITUTION: This arrangement 20 for the chemical analysis of a small volume of a sample includes a light source 22, a capillary tube 23 and a photoelectric detector 24. The light source 22 is positioned so that probe light P emitted therefrom collides with an analysis sample S flowing through the capillary tube 23, On the other hand, the photoelectric detector 24 is laid so as to detect the sample light L emitted from the capillary tube 23. Furthermore, this detection arrangement features that the probe light P substantially passes through a probe photoconduction means 26 between the light source 22 and the capillary tube 23. Also, the probe photoconduction means 26 is made of such material as having a reflection factor gradient approximately vertical to the propagating direction of the probe light P, and connected to the capillary tube 23, so that the probe light 26 emitted therefrom collides with the inner wall of the capillary tube 23. In this case, the light source 22 is preferably light emission one or laser diode.
