PURPOSE:To simplify a device constitution and to improve the information efficiency of a calling signal by providing highly accurate clocks on a central office and a peripheral office, compensating the delay amount of a variable delay device by the peripheral office by the timing obtained from the clock and transmitting the calling signal. CONSTITUTION:High performance clocks 10 to 12 are provided on a central office 1 and peripheral offices 60 and 61, and the office 1 simultaneously transmits the time information of the clock 12 and the transmission designation time of the calling signal from the inter-office delay amount from a signal preparation part 13 by including them in frame signals. The offices 60 and 61 transmit frame signals by the timing of the transmission designation time of the office 1 based on the time information of the clocks 10 and 11. When the change of delay amount and jitters are generated due to the route switching, etc., of inter-office repeating lines 20 and 21, the cycles of the frame signals are changed. Therefore, phase synchronizing control parts 30 and 31 monitor the cycles and adjust the delay amount of variable delay devices 70 and 71 from the detection result of a phase delay. Thus, the information efficiency of the calling signal is improved, the reception, connection and disconnection control of radio waves of the offices 60 and 61 become unnecessary and a device constitution is simplified. |
