PURPOSE: To prevent firing charge from igniting at electrostatic discharge between a terminal pin and a casing by improving a firing device. CONSTITUTION: A charge container part 2 being embedded in a injection molded plastics can be loaded in a casing 7, and a first outward extension lug 8 conductively connected to a first terminal pin 3 is provided on the charge container part 2. A second outward extension lug 9 is provided on the charge container 2 which is formed so as to extend to the casing 7 leaving a small clearance and of which the outer end is not embedded in the material of the injection molded plastic body. |
