<p>PURPOSE:To hold a resin pipe in a manner to prevent it from movement when the resin pipe inserted in an electric fusion coupling having an, embedded electric wire is fused for connection. CONSTITUTION:A resin pipe 7 is clamped by means of a coupling body 11 made of plastic and a nut 12 made of plastic. A socket 13 into which the resin pipe 7 is inserted is provided and a stopper 14 to regulate an insertion amount is arranged deep therein. 15 is taken as an electric wire embedded in the inner peripheral surface of the socket 13. The end part thereof is connected to a connector pin 16 protruded from the outer surface of the coupling body. The electric wire 15 is energized through a connector pin and through resistance heating, the inner peripheral surface of the socket 13 and the outer peripheral surface of the resin pipe 7 are molten and fused into one-piece. A nut 12 having a taper female screw 19 formed in an inner surface is joined in a screwed manner with the taper male screw 18 of a fastening part. Through execution of fastening by joining in a screwed state, an inside diameter is reduced and thereby the coupling body 11 and the resin pipe 7 are securely clamped together.</p> |
