PURPOSE:To improve performance regarding items considered to be important among a recycle time, luminous energy and a measure against the occurrence of reddish eyes. CONSTITUTION:Two batteries 2A and 2B are provided and the voltage of two charging circuits 3A and 3B can be thereby raised. Also, two capacitors 4A and 4B accumulate electric charge, using stepup voltage raised with the circuits 3A and 3B. In addition, a control circuit 1 arbitrarily selects the combination of the circuits 3A and 3B, and the capacitors 4A and 4B with a switching element 6. |
