PURPOSE:To obtain the speaker diaphragm having a stable specific modulus of elasticity and having a remarkable vibration attenuation capability. CONSTITUTION:A speaker diaphragm whose aperture is 12cm formed by paper- making wooden fibers dispersed in water is immersed in a mixed solution of olefin polyole and polyisocianate whose solution viscosity is adjusted to be 100cps, heat treatment is applied to the diaphragm for an hour under the environment of 60 deg.C, the immersing solution is formed to be a viscoelastic substance gel, resulting that a gel viscoelastic substance is included in air gaps of the diaphragm 9. Thus, the diaphragm 9 has a stable specific modulus of elasticity, a remarkable vibration attenuation capability and a flat sound pressure frequency characteristic is obtained. |
