PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform sintered body by coating a heat-resistant graphite plate with a mixed filler of a mold lubricant and ceramic to seal micropits on the surface, then wiping with dry cloth. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant graphite plate is uniformly polished with emery paper, and attached foreign matters on the surface are removed, then polishing dust is removed with a vacuum cleaner. A filler prepared by kneading a mixture of 90% boron nitride powder and 10% alumina powder is applied to the graphite plate with a putty spatura, then the excess filler is scraped off with the spatura. The graphite plate is dried at room temperature, then polished again with emery paper to remove uneven coating, and vacuum-dried to remove the moisture of the graphite plate. Dilute slurry prepared by suspending pure boron nitride powder in a methyl ethyl ketone solvent is air-sprayed to the graphite plate to uniformly, thin coat it, then the surface of the graphite plate is wiped with cotton cloth to remove excess boron nitride mold lubricant. Sticking in a sintering process is eliminated, deformation or breakage is prevented, and a uniform sinter can be obtained. |
