PURPOSE:To prevent an oversight of a test object hardware failure caused by a test condition failure of a test program. CONSTITUTION:The emulator 100 reads in an instruction of a test program 300 on a main storage part 200 by an instruction/data reading-out part 110, and also, reads in data used for the instruction, executes the instruction by an instruction simulation executing part 120, and repeats an operation for storing a result of execution in a data store part 130. In a period of a test instruction part 330 of the test program 300, a value before the execution, and a value after the execution of the data used for the instruction are stored in data store parts 150, 160 through a test range comparing part 140. With regard to the data subjected to a change by executing the instruction, a data comparing part 170 reports a warning message of a test program failure to a debugging person, in the case the value before the execution and the value after the execution of the data store parts 150, 160 are the same. |
