<p>PURPOSE:To help the visual re-recognition of a cursor by using the moving operation of the cursor by a pointing device and emaphsis-displaying the cursor itself when the sight of the cursor on a screen is lost in a picture processor provided with the pointing device such as a mouse and a tracking ball, etc., as a command input device. CONSTITUTION:This processor is provided with a central processing unit 8 provided with a command input system using a means for moving the cursor on a picture display device 1 by using the pointing device 6 such as the mouse and the tracking ball, the means for selecting commands by the cursor, the means for obtaining the relative position of the cursor from a certain point on the screen, the means for obtaining the time while the cursor is not moved, the means for obtaining the display position of the cursor on the screen as coordinates, the means for changing the shape of the cursor, the means for moving the cursor to an optional position and the means for performing the emphasis display for visually obtaining the cursor position at present and moving the command by the moving amount of the cursor for the emphasis display.</p> |
