<p>PURPOSE:To decrease an inductance and high-frequency resistance, at the time of forming a flat spiral coil in a magnetic head, by winding a conductor wire into coils arranged in two lateral layers around a core member with both sides held between regulating members, while time parts from the intermediate part toward both end sides of the conductor wire are opposite in direction to each other. CONSTITUTION:When a magnet wire is applied round a core member 4, the intermediate part of the wire is wound around the core member 4 and both end 2a, 2b sides of the wire are wound while they are simultaneousl rotated in directions opposite to each other. That is, the end 2a side is rotated clockwise and the end 2b side, counterclockwise; and, further, both ends 2a, 2b are always passed through a determined side when they cross each other. At that time, the space between regulating members 3a, 3b is caused to almost coincide with the width twice as long as a wire diameter or the width increased by twice the number of times the wire diameter, the ends 2a, 2b are caused to cross each other so treat the other end is on the right side of one end, and the wire is successively wound from the inner peripheral side toward the outer peripheral side so that obtained coils 2 are arranged in two lateral layers. After that, a self-welded film is formed on the surface of the coil 2.</p> |
