<p>PURPOSE:To bring a tape cassette after loading a tape back to the state before starting the tape loading and to take out the tape cassette from a recording and reproducing device. CONSTITUTION:An operating arm 42 for freely turnably holding a pulley 55 for imparting press-contacting force and rotating force in the tape take-up direction to a reel base 31 via a wire 61 by oscillatorily operating an operating lever 39 is freely oscillatably provided on a pedestal, and a recovery property is imparted to the operating arm 42 and the pulley 55 by a 1st spring 59 and a 2nd spring 60 respectively. Consequently, when the operating lever 39 is oscillatorily operated, the pulley 55 is brought into press-contact with the reel base, and when the operating lever 39 is further oscillatorily operated, the pulley 55 is turned in the tape take-up direction, so that after tape loading, the tape can be taken up in the tape cassette by manual operation.</p> |
