<p>PURPOSE:To provide an image forming device provided with an image reading function for feeding both an original and recording paper from a same paper feeding base without either erroneously performing printing to the original or reading the images of the recording paper. CONSTITUTION:Being connected to the original carrier path R of a scanner 2, a recording paper carrier path S is provided. The original carrier path R and the recording paper carrier path S are swithed by a rotatably supported branching flapper 10. Then, the images on the original or the recording paper 18 fed from the paper feeding base 14 are read by an image sensor 8. By displaying the presence/absence of the read images on a display 17 and giving instructions from an operational panel (not shown in the figure,) the branching flapper 10 is rotated and the processing course of the original or the recording paper is changed.</p> |
