PURPOSE: To provide a coated intermediate toner transferring body capable of generating a full color image with high color reproducibility and having the charge relaxation time of <=2×10<2> sec. CONSTITUTION: The intermediate toner transferring body contains a base body and a coating material applied on the base body and containing a substantially uniform complete mutual penetrating net like bulky graft elastomer of a hybrid composition of a fluoro-elastomer and a polyorganosiloxane and the bulky elastomer is produced by dehydrofluorinating the fluoro-elastomer with a nucleophilic dehydrofluorinating agent and successively addition-polymerizing with the polyorganosiloxane having an alkene or alkine functional group at the terminal and a polymerization initiator.
