PURPOSE: To provide an acceleration measurement device having a small and ultra-light converter module, and further having high accuracy and high stability. CONSTITUTION: A capacitance type acceleration measurement device converter is fitted with at least one converter module 1 having a vessel and electrically connectable to a remote electronic device module 8 via a cable 7 but separated therefrom against vibrations. In this case, the converter module 1 has at least one sensor tip 3, a polarized electrical network 5 and an impedance converter 6 only, so as to reduce module weight as much as possible. All of these components can be manufactured in such a state as integrated on the same board. On the other hand. the major components of the circuit are built into the electronic device module 8 as well as a a connector plug 1. Furthermore, the electronic device module 8 is internally provided at least with an excitation circuit 9, a synchronization demodulation circuit 10 and an output filter 11. |
