A right-angled metal piece (2) is fixed at one end of its smaller branch (22) to a hub (33) pivoting around an axle (34). At the other end of the larger branch (24) is a base plate (23) which is fixed to a vertically movable piece (5). The base plate can be raised relative to the vertical branch of the angled piece by guides associated with one or several compression springs (6). During folding of the carton edges (4), the base plate pushes constantly in contact with the base (42) of the carton. USE/ADVANTAGE - A compressible base plate avoids breaking pastry boats during folding. |
