PURPOSE:To preclude trouble such as the damage of the tip of a fixed shaft owing to abutting on the internal ring of a ball bearing, the slanting of the internal ring, and an increase in the rotational deviation of a rotor part during the assembly process of a bearing external ring rotary shaft electric motor. CONSTITUTION:Independently of the stator part consisting of an iron-made circuit board 21, a flat air core coil 22, and a bush 23, the rotor including a shaft-attached bearing 25 which has balls 27 interposed among a fixed shaft 24, rolling grooves 24a and 24b provided at two upper and lower place of it, and an external ring 26 and also has an internal ring removed, a hub 28 fitted to its periphery, and a rotor magnet 31 fixed directly or indirectly to the hub 28 is assembled; and the fixed shaft 24 of the shaft-attached bearing 25 is fitted in the bush 23 and fixed. |
