PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of overvoltage application with simple constitution, and warn a user of such abnormal state. CONSTITUTION:A control means (signal line between the connection point of resistors 12 and 13, and the gate of a thyrister 16) for resetting a charging timer circuit at the first voltage level of voltage detecting circuits 11, 12 and 13, and starting trigger circuits 16, 17 and 18 at the second voltage level thereof, is provided across the circuits 11 to 13 and the circuits 16 to 18. When the voltage of the circuits 11 to 13 reaches the second voltage level, the trigger circuit is forcibly driven to start stroboscopic light emission. |
