PURPOSE:To improve the emulation efficiency by outputting a memory access manifesting signal and an I/O access manifesting signal to the outside of the CPU mounted integrated circuit chip. CONSTITUTION:At the time of emultaion mode, an access from an in-chip bus 30 of an internal memory 14 is inhibited uniformly. An internal resources access manifesting circuit 36 generates an internal address manisfesting signal for showing a fact that one of the internal memories 14 is subjected to address designation, in accordance with an access selecting signal outputted from an address decoder part 34. Also, in accordance with a prescribed bus use permitting signal for showing a fact that a DMA controller 16 obtains a bus use permission, an internal access I/O access manifesting signal for showing a fact that one of internal I/O circuit 18 is subjected to address designation or becomes an access object of the DMA controller is generated. In accordance with these two signals, an input and an output of data can be controlled correctly even at the time of DMA. |
