PURPOSE: To obtain an image version processed by using a quick system which can make calculation inexpensively by generating two different processed images and applying the images and reverse deformation of the images to a corrected multi-resolution display. CONSTITUTION: A multiprocessing method of radiographic image is based on the pyramidal decomposition of image signals into detailed images and residual images at a multi-resolution level. The elements of the images (namely, the detailed images and residual images at the multi-resolution level) are stored and, as a result, the elements can be subjected to at least two kinds of different processes or at least two processing cycles the same kind, but different degrees. After processing, the corrected detailed image and residual image are recoupled with each other by applying a reconstruction algorithm and the processed image is displayed. Finally, the displayed image is converted into a visual image. |
