<p>PURPOSE:To provide a power coil component possible to mechanically assemble and low-priced. CONSTITUTION:A conductor piece 10 is manufactured by bending a copper plate into U shape, and further bending its tip outside. Moreover, a crossover conductor 12 is made by striking the copper plate into S shape by press or the like. A plurality of U-shaped conductor pieces 10 are juxtaposed at specified intervals, surrounding an annular magnetic core 1. And, the crossover conductor 12 is placed from above so that it's tip may be positioned on the junction piece 10a of a conductor piece 10, and the conductor piece 10 and the crossover conductor 12 are junctioned with each other by welding, soldering, or the like. At this time, the crossover conductor 12 constitutes a winding, connecting one end on one side with the other end on the other side, in adjacent conductor pieces 10.</p> |
