<p>PURPOSE:To stick color filters(CF) and a liquid crystal substrate (TFT substrate) to each other to a uniform gap by providing a pressurizing section for holding and pressurizing constituting members holding a sealing material in their peripheral part with heating sections constituted by mounting plural heaters. CONSTITUTION:An upper surface plate 5 and lower surface plate 6 holding the CF 1 and the TFT substrate 2 therebetween are respectively provided with the heating sections 7 embedded with the plural heaters 12. The heating sections 7 having the plural heaters 12 capable of controlling temp. are mounted on the upper surface plate 5 and lower surface plate 5 which are the pressurizing sections, by which the color liquid crystal substrate CF 1 and the TFT substrate 2 are heated. The sealing material 4 is softened by the heat generated in such a manner. The substrates are pressurized by an air cylinder 8 while the sealing material 4 is softened, by which the gap materials 3 sprayed between the CF 1 and the TFT substrate 2 are uniformly crushed. The gap materials 3 are brought into contact with the CF 1 and the TFT substrate 2 to uniformalize the gap. Then, the CF 1 and the TFT substrate 2 are stuck to each other so as to have the uniform gap.</p> |
