The invention concerns a computer server system for supplying at least one emergency service with confidential data on high-risk individuals, the said system being accessible at all times via a telecommunications network, the purpose of the system being to ensure that the data in question can be retrieved whenever such high-risk individuals are involved in accidents. The system comprises: a) at least one unit for processing the confidential data, for storing and managing the flow of calls made for the purpose of retrieving data, and for verifying the personal identification code of each high-risk subject; both that code and the call number of the processing unit are shown on at least one distinctive storage medium which will be carried at all times by every high-risk individual; b) at least one telephone line to provide access to the data; and c) means of restoring stored data. The invention has applications in medical computer technology.
