Described is a multilayer flat product consisting of a film or sheet layer (12) and at least one fibre or filament layer (10) joined to the film or the sheet layer. The fibre or filament layer consists of mutually unconnected fibres or filaments which are fused or bonded along the whole or parts of their length to the film or sheet layer directly after deposition of the fibres or filaments on the surface of the film or the sheet layer.
