A support pad (1) in combination with the deck of a craft so as to receive a body part of a person riding the craft when the person is in his or her normal riding position. The support pad (1) comprises two raised portions (3) which are separated by a trough region (2) for receiving the body part. The two raised portions (3) each have a major axis and are formed so as to extend along opposite sides of the body part when received in trough region (2) to inhibit movement of the body part in a direction which is transverse to the major axis of each of raised portions (3). |
