Each of the facilities (12, 14) has an array of electronic communications equipment (16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38) for communicating information in voice and print media between an agent at the financial services facility (12) and a customer at the retail sales facility (14). |
